Solomon Hancock

Solomon Hancock (1793-1847) was born 15 Aug. 1793 in Springfield, Hampden Co., Massachusetts. He was the son of Thomas Hancock III and Amy Ward. He married Alta Adams on 12 Mar. 1815; widowed in 1836. He married Phebe Adams on 28 Jun. 1836. He was baptized 16 Nov. 1830. He and Wilford Woodruff were part of Zion's Camp in 1834. He died 2 Dec. 1847.
