Solomon Hirsch

Solomon Hirsch was appointed to be the Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Ottoman Empire in 1889, according to a letter written to Wilford Woodruff by Edward Joseph Isaacson on 4 Jun. 1889.
