Thomas Jenkins

1780-1841

Thomas Jenkins (Jinkins) (1780–1841) was born 24 Dec. 1780 in Mathan, Worcestershire, England. He was the son of Edward Jenkins and Betsey Jancy (Jauncey). He married Esther (Hester) Brueton on 21 Nov. 1805 in Cradley, Herefordshire, England. He was baptized by Wilford Woodruff on 10 Mar. 1840 and ordained by him on 21 Sep. 1840. He died in Dec. 1841 in Nauvoo, Hancock Co., Illinois.
