Thomas Woolsey

Thomas Woolsey (1806-1897) was born 3 Nov. 1806 in Lexington, Fayette Co., Kentucky. He was the son of Joseph Woolsey and Abigail Shaffer. He married Mary Burrell on 25 Apr. 1829 in Jackson Co., Indiana; participated in plural marriage. He was baptized in 1834. He reported to Wilford Woodruff during the Mexican-American War and hosted him in 1854 and 1881. He died 5 Jan. 1897 and was buried in Wales, Sanpete Co., Utah.
