Watson Y. Hopkins

Watson Y. Hopkins (abt. 1800-1885) was born about 1800 in Maine. He was the son of Theophilus Hopkins and Martha Spencer. He married Abigail Smith Rider on 18 Jun. 1823 in Vinalhaven, Hancock Co., Maine; widowed 17 Sep. 1853. He married Mercy R. Peachy Hopkins about 11 Apr. 1854. He hosted Wilford Woodruff overnight on 1 Feb. 1838 on the South Fox Island, Hancock Co., Maine. He died 17 Jun. 1885 and was buried in Vinalhaven.
