William Merchant

William Merchant (abt. 1805-bef. 1883) was born about 1805 in Massachusetts. He married Martha Hopkins about 7 Mar. 1832 in Vinalhaven, Hancock Co., Maine. He was baptized by Wilford Woodruff on 20 Jan. 1838 on the South Fox Island, Hancock Co., Maine. He hosted and received visits from Wilford Woodruff in 1837 and 1838 on the South Fox Island. He died before 14 Oct. 1882.
