William Wilford Allen
William Wilford Allen (1819-1896) was born 26 Jul. 1819 in Leominster, Herefordshire, England. He was the son of William Allen and Margret Laddley. He married Harriet Rooke on 18 Jan. 1846 in Hereford, Herefordshire, England; widowed 26 Feb. 1851. He married Eliza Ann Fenn on 18 Dec. 1852 in Great Salt Lake City, Great Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory. He was baptized 13 Aug. 1840. He was taught by Wilford Woodruff on 25 Mar. 1840 in Wofferwood Common, Herefordshire, England and was at a conference that Wilford attended on 19 Oct. 1845 in Garway, Herefordshire, England. He died 6 Jul. 1896 and was buried in Nephi, Juab Co., Utah.
