Wilson Hurd
Wilson Hurd (1798-1845) was born in 1798 in Sandgate, Bennington Co., Vermont. He was the son of James Hurd and Sylvia Wilson. He married Signora Caltha Woodruff, a first cousin of Wilford Woodruff, on 31 Dec. 1829 in Farmington, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He visited with Wilford Woodruff on 7 Jul. 1837 and again on 31 Sep. 1844 in Avon, Hartford Co., Connecticut. He died 15 Feb. 1845 in Avon.
