3 Rode to the Academy {with} Br Young on Sunday had no meeting {shorthand} rain we
Was soon Joined By Elders' Cathcart, Boydstun & Smoot. {shorthand} We Rode
to Col Copeland's Whare I l learned from {Elders} Bodston & Smoot that there
began to Be discords {and hard feelings} some branches of the Church in consequence of
the teachings of Elder Cathcart which I was sorry to hear distance 6 mile
