12th Sunday Elders Taylors company was
encamped on the south of chime ride or
dredemption Hill & mine on the North about
5 rods apart Elder P. P. Pratts was 10 rods
north of my company we built A Bower
between Elder Taylors Tent And my own
And A large assembly of Saints met At an
early hour I was called upon to addresse them
And give an account of my travels through
England, Scotland, Wales &c which I did do
for the term of about one hour. I was follo-
wed by Elder P P Pratt who reproved sin
esspecially swareing And then addressed the
people upon the subject of the Calafornia
volunteers & expedition was followed by
Elder Taylor & others And we had an interesting
meeting
