You will find in this
Evnvellop A Blank Recoment and a Note
to Bishop Burton Let Owen or Asahel
take it to the Bishop and fill it up
then Let Either Owen or Asahel look
up. Angus M Cannon get him to
sign it then keep it untill
Ovandos Recommend is signed by
his Bishop & A O Smoot then
give them to Brother Jaques and He
will forward them to president Taylor
and He will sign them at the same
time and when Returned to Brother Jaques
He will Deliver them to you, then you
keep them & dont Loose them but
carry them to the Temple and that
Will admit you Now do you under-
stand. I shall send a Blank to Ovando
