To President Woodruff
and the Twelve
Dear Brethren:
I take pleasure
in reporting the condition
of the Indian Territory Mis-
sion. In concequence of the
illness of President Taylor
and the many changes
since I have neglected
writing until the present time.
During the present summer
the Elders have had a
hard time of it as they
have been troubled with
the chills and fever, one
being so bad off that it
looked as though he must
be released to come home.
