I spent the day reading In the Evening we rode to Broth
Wooleys at Center ville stoped a while then Drove to G Q.

Rexburg, Bingham Co, I. T., Pres Wilford Woodruff Dear Brother: Knowing the interest you feel in the prosperity of the Stakes of Zion, I thought I would post you in relation to our doings in the Bannock Stake. I called a meeting of the priesthood of the stake to consider the condition of our schools, and adopt measures to place them in a better condition than at present. Since the disfranchisement of our people in Idaho none of the school tax has been used for the benefit of our people, thus we have been robbed of our just dues. It is our desire to establish a system of schools (this fall) similar to those organized in Logan, Provo and Salt Lake and we would be pleased if you know of any person that you could suggest to act of principle of the school.
