Dear Bro.
The name of Timothy J Winters
has been selected for Bishop of Rexburg
3rd Ward and approved by the High Council
and the people.
We deem it proper to submit the name
to you for your approval. Would be
pleased to hear your mind on the matter
or upon any subject you may wish to
address us at any time.
We are very pleased to state that Pres
Budge is here paying us a visit and holding
meetings in the various Wards and is
undoubtedly doing a great amount of
good among the people.
My health is good and am still safe
so far from the hands of my enemies.
I have learned that there are two
indictments against me in this territory
