Salt Lake City, U. T. . President D. K. Udall and Counselors, St. Johns, Apache Co., Arizona Dear Brethren: Your position in Arizona is some- what peculiar. The Stakes are widely separated and there is danger of division arising among the people, be- cause of the variety of parties there and the diverse po- litical interests which exist.
