Dear President Woodruff,
On the 17th ultimo, we
received yours in relation to Church Schools
and Stake Academy. We Selected the following
named Brethren to compose the Board of
Education for St George Stake of Zion. To wit.
James G. Bleak. St. George.
David H. Cannon. d[itt]o. [St. George.]
William A. Bringhurst. Toquerville.
WMilton L. Lee. Panacca, Nev.
Thomas Judd. St George.
Horatio Pickett. d[itt]o. [St. George.]
William Gardner. Pine Valley.
We called the Board of the Stake Church
Association together, and presented these
names to them, they were unamiously
sustained.
We took a trip in the stake
D. H. C. the mountain settlements, Mac Allister
the Up river Settlements, (D. D. McA. to take care
of matters here) talked up this matter, with
