I hope you
will pardon me, for troubling
you with a matter that
may be of no interest to you.
Still it is a matter of
history & of importance to
me, & I do not know, whom
to communicate with un-
less it be the President
of the Church, in which
I was reared, & of which
I am still a member.
A number of years ago
as long as when Capt Hooper
was our Delegate to Congress,
I being East at the time,
took an active interest
in Woman's Suffrage. & thro'
a personal influence used
