Dear Brother,
Circumstances having
changed since I wrote you
last, I will drop you
a few lines, before I
answered I went to the
Bishop of this ward and
told him I could not raise
the money without borrowing.
he said the ward would
provide, as has been the
custom ever since mission
aries have been called,
but he has left the
country and his councelors
also. The acting councelor
says he has no authority
to collect the money, the
only show I have is to
