President Wilford Woodruff,
Dear Brother,
Br Antoine Hopfenbeck called
on me this morning and wished mto state
to you that he has been quite sick ever since
new years and feels quite unable to fill the
appointment assigned to him to take a mission
to Germany on the 9th of April next, and begs
to have his mission deferred until his health and
circumstances will admit of his going, at which time
he will report himself on hand to fill the mission.
