Nov 11th This morning we were decending the valley
of the Thompson River, and through mountains & fine
scenery. We arrived at Vancouver about 6:30 pm.
and took lodgings at the Hotel Vancouver. after supper
we chatted awhile about our return &c. There was no
steamer for Victoria today.
