LOGAN PREST W WOODRUFF S. L. CITY DEAR BROTHER THERE IS A MATTER EXISTING IN THIS STAKE OF ZION THAT YOU SHOULD BE MADE ACQUAINTED WITH. THE ARROGANCE AND POMP DISPLAY- ED BY THE BISHOP'S AGENT IS THE TA LK OF A GREAT MANY PEOPLE. HIS PERSON- AL BUISNESS CALLS HIM AWAY FROM HIS OFFICE OVER HALF THE TIME. PEOPLE REMARK THAT HE IS HELD THERE THROUGH THE INFLUENCE OF HIS FATHER IN LAW. HE IS UNGENTLEM- MANLY AND IN SOME INSTANCES CRUEL ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO, IN THE TITHING OFFICE HE STRUCK AN OLD MAN OVER SIXTY YEARS OF AGE NAMED JOHN BARBER WHO HAS SINCE DIED.
