Dear Brother
I have received your
communication dated Nov. 28, 1890
in which you desire to know
my feelings in regard to going
to Scandinavia on a mission
In answer I can say that I
am willing to go whenever called
upon to fullfill such a mission.
My financial circumstances
are not very good. I am
somewhat in depbt, and will
not be able to settle all my
oblagations should I be called
to go this winter or spring.
If my serviceis should not
be needed untill about next October
I believe by the blessings of God
I could put my financial matters
