Letter from George Teasdale, 11 December 1890
Prest W. Woodruff Salt Lake City, Utah. Dear Brother: Will you kindly inform me if you have received Bro Geo M. Browns recommend and what has become of it. Bp. Johnson informs me he forwarded it to you before I came here. Bro Brown thinks it may have been delayed or lost on the road as sometimes such things occur. I promised Br Bown I would inquire of you to satisfy his mind. I leave tomorrow for a visit to Juarez. I have been expecting from what I have heard, to have had the pleasure of meeting you and consequently have not gone away wishing if you were coming to spend all the time with you I could. However as I hear you are not likely to arrive here until after the holidays I have concluded {God willing} to take a trip to Juarez and return in time to spend the holiday here with my folks. Wishing you the compliment of the season and the ever power and spirit of your calling. I remain as ever Your affectionate brother George Teasdale
