Mayfield, Sanpete Co., Utah, President Wilford Woodruff. Salt Lake City. Dear Brother; In reply to your favor of the 5th inst. requesting me to inform you about what time it would be convenient for me to start on my mission. I will say that I want to go Just when you feel that I should go. If, however I am alowed to say when it will be most convenient for me, it will be as soon as can be after April next. My reason for this is family circimstances. Your Brother, Joseph. Christiansen Give him till Conference. J. F. S.
