Smith Dear Brethren Would you as President and Directors of Z.C.M.I. entertain any proposition leading to an exchange of my Mdse & Reality interests in Salt Lake for yours in Logan and your paper at 6% interest sufficient to pay my liabilities and balance in stock in your institution and I entered your services if you desired them.
