Some yeare back
we received Counsel from
Br. Joseph F. Smith in regard
to the blessing of children
who were begotten out of wedlock
to let the parties waite a little
while that they might feel
the weight of their crime and
to frown down such things
that counsel has not been
countermanded that I know
of. at our last fast meeting
there was one to be presented
I suggested to the parties to
