Dear Brethren:
In response to your inquiry respect-
ing Four Elders recommended to you to be called
to the Indian Territory, I enclose this letter from
Elder F. F. Merrill who filled an honorable
mission in our field, and who at home is
one of the presidency of the Seventies quorum
located in that locality, which I trust will
answer for Daniel Stephens and Franklin
Robinson of Fillmore. And in regard to
the other two, E. L. Saunders and Henry Kirkwod
of this city, my informant Elder Saunders
formerly of the Excelsior bakery, now in
business for himself on 1st South, next to
the S. L. Equitable store, and brother to the
former who works with E. Scrace, and brother
in law to Bro. Kirkham, vouches for them
