Dear Sir:
Refering to the proposition
I made relative to the insertion of the
biographies of Joseph Smith, Brigham
Young, John Taylor and yourself
together with a history of the Church
in vol. 7 of The National Cyclopedia of
American Biography, I wish to state
that I will return to Salt Lake City
on the 22nd of this month and
then I would be pleased to receive
an answer. In order to insert
these biographies it is absolutely
necessary to furnish the dates
at an early date. The Publishers
cannot delay the issuing of a vol. on
account of a few biographies. The
Publishers are willing to give a large
space to these biographies so that
