6 per cent was ($780) We set apart Rulon S.
Wells to take the place of Br Lund to preside over
England & Joseph W McMurren as his first councellor
I Paid John Jaques $20 in Tithing Orders on the
Valley House it was charged to Me

at the Office I listened to the reading of the Account of
the Arival of Frank J Cannon at Ogden I met
Andrew Kimball the president of the Cherokee Mission

him to Publish the History & likenesses of the four
Presidents of the Church Joseph Smith Brigham Young
John Taylor & ^&^ Wilford Woodruff And including the Temple
& Tabernacle in the Byographical History of the
United States I signed Papers to that Effect I talked
with N Clayton about Garfield Beach
