January 15, 1845 ~ Wednesday

15th I spent the day writing my Journal
I had an interview with Elder [blank] Banks
who is presiding over the Preston Conference
he informs me all is well there.
we bought a cap, penknife, 5 pair of stockings
3 hankerchiefs, A toy of horses to send
by Elder Carnes to our son Wilford with John
Benbow whole expens 6/6 In the evening I examined
the books containing an account of the Temple money
