Dear Brother
yours of 26th inst Recd to day.
will say in relation to Bro. David P. Ramey
that He is a prety good man; but has been
on the narrow track since I have known
Him, which has been a little over 28 years,
has always advocated and preached the doctrine
of the Church but has not practiced them
in full, and do not think His influence
would be very extensive as a Patriarch
if He desighns to travel ^and labor^ in that calling
