Prest Woodruff and Counclers Dear Breathren there is a few items I think would be propper to lay before you for your considration. Smithfield is not in a helthey condition, Bp Ferall has been gone for a long time, he is in Canada with Br Card, Bro James, M C, ^councler^ is a Buisness man, his interest is in Ogden and Franklin Idaho, Bro Morehead is larg and slow like my selfe, and the People are like this more or less, and I think for the good of the People that a good Compleat oreganisation of the Ward would do them good,
