Dear Brother:
Under date of the 4th of Oct, Brother Bleak wrote you a letter con-
cerning the dividends on the Woolen Factory property. We inclosed that letter a
short time since to the Presiding Bishopric to learn from them respecting it. We
have received a reply, which we inclose, and which we would like you to return to
us after you have mastered its contents. Let us know what you have to say upon
this subject, in order that we may decide as to the proper disposition to make of
the amounts mentioned in the letter.
