Salt Lake City, U. T. Pres. J. D. T. McAllister, St. George. Dear Brother: Under date of the 4th of Oct, Brother Bleak wrote you a letter con- cerning the dividends on the Woolen Factory property. We inclosed that letter a short time since to the Presiding Bishopric to learn from them respecting it. We have received a reply, which we inclose, and which we would like you to return to us after you have mastered its contents. Let us know what you have to say upon this subject, in order that we may decide as to the proper disposition to make of the amounts mentioned in the letter. Kristianstad President Wilford Woodruff! Dear Brother! I have this day, received a letter from Brother Geo. Reynolds about the R. S. King Publishing House complaining about me for not remitting to them a sum of $51.cts and in reply I will say that the[y] have not come up to their agrements with me by long ways. I did work for that House and sold books for them for several hundred dollars and they have given me a written promise that I should have 5% more for my laber than I ever got. and I have their bills and letters to prove it by. they allso charged me more for the Books than they
