carp we road to Garfield took cars & rode to
Salt Lake & Down to the farm Distance 48 Mile

Pres W. Woodruff Dear Brother & Friend I humbley submitt these fiew lines of facts to your kindly consideration first I am very desirous of leaveing this country as an Exile once more of nessessity to avoid another term in the Pen and were this all I Would humbly submitt, But quite a number are laiboring Zealoulsly for the desilution of my family and as I have all ready Suffered this Experience once I desire to leave my friends of this Rkind a little Way be hind and I can leave my first family at least With anough to Eat for a time
