Dear Brother,
We received illegible
Bishop Isaac Thorn of Rockland, Asking if Bro. [Lester]
and [illegible] Thorn could have their endowments sealed
upon them. In June 1891 they were cut off from the Church
for fornication. The offence was commited before they went
to the temple. Next when in that condition they obtain[ed] their
recommend, and went to the temple and to there Homes.
After this action a charge was made against him and
sustained. (Verdict guilty) and [they] were cast off. They have rep-
ented, and made it right as far as they can. They have
been rebaptized, and now wishes to have ^their^ endowments
sealed upon them. The Bishop recommends that they
receive this blessing, and we also endorse the same,
as they are [young] people and trying to live their religon.
