Dear Brother:
I deam it my duty to
inform you of my labor in the vineyard of the Lord
after hafing been some over a month in Winnepeg
I went and made another trip to the settlement
of the Julander by Lake Winnipeg and
kept on traveling there hoping meeting in
every part of the settlement and since the
latter part of April till now it has been
almost impossible to get through the country,
on account of water flowing all over the
country and no roads. I have sent several
letters to the missionary committee, the last of
them was sent on the twenty sixth of March
when i left Winnipeg, and having not received
any answer up till now nither have i had
any letter from home or any help from the
brethren although i have fully informed
them of my hard circumstances.
When i reached Wennipeg from my big trip
I found it impossible for me ^to^ stay there having
no money and in these awful hard times
