First Presidency Dear Brethern At the High Council of this Stake of Zion, held friday Jan 18th 1895 it was unanimously decided to reccomend Brother George W Davis for Bishop ^of Avon^ in the place of Brother Henry W Jackson released, and with one exception Brother William J Hill is also reccomended for Bp of Sterling. a ward we are now organizing.
