Pres. Wilford Woodruff Salt Lake City Ut. Dear Brother, On Wednesday the 14th of Oct. myself and counselors will visit the Grove branch same is situated about 30 Miles Southwest of Blackfoot and 20 Miles North of American Falls. In this branch there is 30 or 35 families Latter Day Saints. And we have decided if it meets with your approval that while there to select thehim placed before the people. In our opionion there is a sufficent number of people to warrant a ward organization. Awaiting your early instruct- ions in regard to this. I am Yours Very truly Jas. E. Steele R
