Dear Brethren:
I find it impossible for me to
accept a mission to I. T., as per
your note of the 19 inst, asking if
I could start as early as Oct. of this year.
However, I think I could leave about
next June of you would desire to
have me go then.
I am sorry I am unable
to go as per request. Will feel it
pleasure to go next June if so desired.
