Panguitch, Utah, Prest Wilford Woodruff Salt Lake City Dear Brother: We take pleasurer in recommending Elders John Houston and George Dodds for missions to Scotland. Elder Houston has filled a two years mission to the Southern States some years ago. But as he is an unmarried man, he feels like it would be a pleasure to labor in the missionary field, and as his parents came from Glasgow Scotland we think that is the place he should go so he coueld geth- er Genealogy. Elder Dodds is a native of Scoland and he has expressed a desire to go on a visit to his native land. We think they could be ready to leave Salt Lake City by the 1st of April. Bro.
