Dear Brother:

Your favor of
the 17^th inst., in which you state that you are very
close run and have had to borrow in order to meet
your obligations, and informing me that you have drawn
all of your allowance for this quarter ending March,
and are about $30⁰⁰ behind now and nothing to go on
with for the coming two months, and asking for
help, has been received and its contents considered.

I am informed that you draw at the
rate of $1000.⁰⁰ a year from the Church, not men-
tioning the amount that is paid to Sister Lemon,
and that your family is small, your children gener-
ally being able to sustain themselves. It seems, Brother
