Collection Name Millennial Star
Collection Description The Latter-Day Saints' Millennial Star was the longest running Church periodical, published continuously from 1840 to 1970. It was inaugurated by members of the Quorum of the Twelve at the beginning of their mission to England. They landed in Liverpool on April 6, 1840 and eight days later they began a series of meetings in Preston in which they resolved to publish a monthly periodical.
