^ ^ President Brigham Youngs Birth Day He is 72 years old today
we met in the Meeting House at 10 oclok there was nearly people
Enough to Fill the House 2twice Prayer By David Evans
John Taylor spoke one hour & 30 Minutes, President Young 10 M[inutes].
President said I have asked the Lord what a kind of a Temple
we should Build & the Answer of the Lord was that He did not
Make two things alike & we need not make two Temples alike
so we need not look for two Temples alike

Afternoon Prayer By Zebedee Coulton Joseph F Smith spoke
65 Minutes then President Young 50 Minutes the Meeting was
then Dismissed. We had an Excellent Meeting President
Young gave a great Deal of Good instruction President
Young invited us to come to his house & partake of a Birth Day
Dinner which we accepted off I spent the night with Br Smoot

June 2, 1873 ~ Monday

2nd I visited the Court House & Factory & at 12 oclok we rode to
Rail Road Station at Lehi then took cars for Salt Lake City
arived in the Evening I had an interview with a Mr
Woodruff who had Been living in Calafornia. Dis[tance] 50 M[iles]

June 3, 1873 ~ Tuesday

3rd I spent the day choreing

June 4, 1873 ~ Wednesday to June 6, 1873 ~ Friday

4, 5, & 6. I spent the time building fence

June 7, 1873 ~ Saturday

7^th I spent the time building fence I met with the board of the
D A & M society at the socie[t]y ground near Jordon Bridge
at 5 oclok to view the race track which we are making

Leverett Woodruff, son of Andrew Woodruff Grand Son of
Azmon Woodruff called upon us on the 4 June he has been to
Ureka mining & called to visit us.

June 8, 1873 ~ Sunday

8^th Sunday I attended Meeting in the Tabernacle Robert Neslin
spoke in the Morning 52 Minutes & W. Woodruff 30 Minutes
