Elder Lot Smith Mormon Dairy, Yavapai Co. A. T. Dear Brother: I received your letter of August 25th, which I read with much interest. Now Brother Lot, when you get this I want you to sit down and answer me the following questions: Give me the names of the committee who settled with you. Have you got through with the settlement? What has it left you? Do you own the Dairy or any of it? If so, how much? Do you own the spring at the dairy? If you own half of it, who owns the best? How many Horses, Cattle and Sheep have you left? After the settlement how is your family? Where do you live? What is the name of your Post office?
