Menan Bingham Co Idaho President Wilford Woodruff Salt Lake City Dear Brother I have received yours in answer to my enquiring for a Choir leader and a blacksmith, and School teacher you say if you new of any Such persons who would, With your aprovel make their homes in our Ward you would use your best Judgement in the matter. Their is a yound man in Plain City Weber Co. by the name of Hary A. Bam- well who is a good Blacksmith and a good Choir Leader, and my councilors and myself find by talking with th his Brother Frank Bramwell who lives in Rexburg that Hary is favorable of coming hear as he has no land where he is and
