has presided at the Temple since he was sick

25. I spent the day in the Temple we gave Endowments to 150 persons
Ordained 54 Elders WW ordained 1, & sealed 5 couple and Adopted

26 [FIGURES] I received 8 letters from Sorrenson, Phebe, Susan,
Robert, Phebe, Asahel, & Nellie. I wrote one letter to Phebe

27 [FIGURE] I wrote one letter to Mr Sorrenson and kept a copy
sunday Israel Ivins, John C. Nail, D Thompson & R Wells
spoke in the forenoon. in the Afternoon W^m Lang Prayed the
Instructions of the Presidency wer read then James Aleman
spoke 10 M[inutes], W^m H Branch 4 M[inutes], W^m Moody 27 M[inutes], Br
McAllister 12 M[inutes], and W. Woodruff l0 M[inutes]. I wrote 5
[FIGURE] letters to Sorrenson Nellie, Asahel Clarrie & Owen

28 [FIGURES] I received two letters from Sarah & Sister
Moses I rode around the Town and Attended the Meeting
in the 4 ward in the Evening And the female Releif society
was Organized And the young ladies Mutual improvement
society was organized I spoke a short time at the close

May 29, 1877 ~ Tuesday

29. [FIGURE] I wrote 2 letters to Sarah & Sister Moses. There
was Baptized at the Temple 889 to day for the dead
