Salt Lake City Utah Dear Bretheren: I desire to present for your consideration and approval the labors of two very choice inteligent Elders, that were appointed to labor in the City of Richmond ^Virginia^ about five months ago as an experiment. We desire to prove if possible the best plan we can adopt to reach the people in the large cities of the South.
